This tender includes the establishment of the building around the heating plant, all services and related work in connection with the establishment of the building, while the tender does not include the delivery of an air-to-water heat pump system and electric boiler, which are offered in parallel as a turnkey contract.

Silkeborg Varme (part of Silkeborg Forsyning) is looking for a technical consultant to assist with technical advice for the further implementation of the district heating project "Silkeborg Varme Syd". The Silkeborg Syd project stems from the Varmeatlas 2022, which mapped potential district heating areas in Silkeborg Municipality. The Varmeatlas indicates which areas can be converted to district heating before the end of 2028. The district heating conversion in Silkeborg Syd (Virklund, Sejs-Svejbæk, Salten and Them) is the largest expansion of Silkeborg Varme's supply area to date and will increase the heating base by approx. 15%. The project constitutes a central contribution to the municipality's Climate Plan 2045 and Heating Plan 2021-2030, which aim to phase out oil and natural gas by 2030 and achieve climate neutrality in 2045. The district heating pipeline project, which consists of approx. 86 km of distribution network and approx. 12 km transmission line to be established in approx. 2.5 years, which among other things corresponds to the fact that approx. 20 branch lines must be made in every single working week. In general, the task consists of the following subtasks: 1. Advice during the execution of the project regarding district heating lines (designed by previous advisors) 2. Advice during the design and execution of the project regarding pumping stations. In addition, reference is made to the other tender materials, including the project and service description.

With this tender, SK Varme A/S, as the contracting authority, is offering a main contract for the execution of earthworks and pipework in connection with the expansion of the district heating network in Slagelse. The work is carried out as part of the conversion from natural gas to district heating, and the contract is based on AB18 (with the client's additions and deviations). The tender mainly includes the following tasks: • Excavation work for the establishment of a district heating trench, • Installation/connection of new district heating pipes, • Connection of connectors to new main pipes, • Introduction of branch pipes in homes and other properties, and • Re-establishment after the establishment of a district heating installation. The contracting authority will deliver the developer's deliveries that appear in the tender documents, including SB, section 2. The tender includes the transfer of the right to establish, finance and operate fast chargers at seven central hospital units in North Jutland by the Region of North Jutland in accordance with the AFI Regulation (Regulation 2023/1804 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 September 2023 on the establishment of infrastructure for alternative fuels) and the AFI Act (Consolidated Act No. 1043 of 17 September 2024 on infrastructure for alternative fuels for transport with associated orders, including Order No. 375 of 9 April 2024 on contracting authorities' conclusion of agreements on the right to act as an operator of publicly accessible charging points. The fast chargers are to be set up at the hospitals in Aalborg (both Medicinerhuset and Hospitalsbyen), Frederikshavn, Hjørring, Farsø, Hobro and Thisted. The fast chargers are placed close to the main entrance to the individual hospitals, and 2 charging points are established per location. The agreement runs for 10 years from the commissioning of the land station at the last location. The fast chargers must primarily be used for flex traffic, which means that the charging points (with associated parking spaces) are reserved for flex traffic drivers daily from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Outside the reserved time period, the charging points may also be used by the public. In January 2025, the Danish Transport Authority announced a commitment to NT's / Region North Jutland's application for tender and installation of fast chargers at central hospital units in North Jutland, which are reserved for flex traffic. The Danish Transport Authority has committed to co-financing 50% of the project, and they have thus committed to providing a subsidy of up to DKK 5,179,750 for the project.

The tender concerns the construction, operation and maintenance of the electricity supply network for KONSTANT NET A/S (hereinafter referred to as the contracting authority). KONSTANT Net does not wish to have in-house capacity to carry out tasks relating to construction, operation and maintenance, which is why this is being tendered out to external contractors. The work is divided into subcontracts, cf. below, and the contracting authority wishes to enter into an agreement with one tenderer per subcontract, cf. section Award of subcontracts.
